Celebrate the intersection of art and gaming at The Masterpiece Palette: A Guided Tabletop Night! Hosted in the beautiful, newly minted back art cafe space at Flagship City Press, this vibrant evening features two stunning board games designed to test your eye for design and color.

We will teach you how to play both games from start to finish.

What We’re Playing:
Canvas: Step into the shoes of a painter competing in a prestigious art festival. In this gorgeously illustrated game, you will draft and layer unique, transparent art cards on top of one another to build your own custom paintings. Your goal is to strategically line up icons and principles of design to earn scoring ribbons and craft a gallery-worthy masterpiece.

Hues & Cues: A lively, fast-paced party game of colorful communication! One player gives a simple one- or two-word clue (like “Apple” or “Coffee”) to describe a specific secret shade out of 480 vibrant colors on the board. The rest of the table must guess exactly which hue they are thinking of. It’s a hilarious and fascinating look at how differently we all perceive color!

Snacks & Drinks:
To make the night even sweeter, players will have exclusive access to the delicious menu at Purrista Cats Cafe right from the venue. Grab a specialty drink or a quick snack to fuel your inner artist while you play!
